TCC is introducing a new after-school program!

NEW! Pick up available Monday - Friday directly from West Prep School and Cedarvale Community School

Our after-school program at The Creative Child includes fun, educational STEAM programming, after-school snack and activities to explore your child’s creative expression.

Enrolment Bonus Register by September 7th and receive a FREE PA Day camp credit for the 2025/2026 school year.

The Creative Child is your local hub where we enrich your child’s creative potential.

Each session includes a snack break, and a selection of rotating programs of art and crafts, S.T.E.A.M, and other creative art forms.

A healthy nut-free snack option will be provided at the studio to refuel them after school.  S.T.E.A.M will be integrated into lessons, teaching kids new skills and strategies, as well as the value of teamwork.  

The TCC After School club will enable your child to build new friendships and connect with other kids in the community to develop social skills, as well as self-esteem skills.  

Children will have opportunity to explore their creative side, with fun theatre games and seasonal themed weeks and celebrations. 

Enrolment is open throughout the school year, subject to availability.

Program Outline

Daily Snack

A healthy nut-free snack will be provided at the studio to help the student continue to keep their energy and focus after a full school-day.

S.T.E.A.M

S.T.E.A.M will be integrated into lessons, teaching kids new skills and strategies, as well as the value of teamwork.

Community Building

Allow your kids to build new friendships and connect with other kids in the community to develop social as well as self-esteem skills.

Creativity

Let your kids creativity show! Our varied art and movement programming will welcome creativity and self-expression both individually and as a team.

Flexibility

Our flexible registration is set up to work for YOUR schedule, not ours. Select the days you need childcare with the ability change your days throughout the year, depending on your family’s schedule. TCC After School Club is not available on statutory holidays and PA Days, however we may be open for camp. Click here to view out camp schedule.

After-Care Program Costs

Please note, we require a minimum of 5 students enrolled in order to run any weekday program.

One Day/ Week:

$156.00 + HST per month or $624.00 for Sept - Dec. Term

Two Days/ Week:

$303.00 + HST per month or $1212.00 for Sept - Dec. Term

Three Days/Week

$435.00 + HST per month or $1740 for Sept - Dec. Term

Four Days/Week

$565.00 + HST per month or $2260 for Sept - Dec. Term

Five Days/Week

$694.20 +HST per month or $2776.80 for Sept - Dec Term

  • Students must be a minimum of 5 years old.

  • All TCC Afterschool fees are non-refundable. Withdrawals from the afterschool program require 14 days notice prior to the payment date. Please submit your request by email to hello@thecreativechild.ca.

  • Please note: While we understand that children may occasionally miss a session due to illness, missed days are non-refundable. We understand that every situation is different, and exceptions may be considered at our discretion.
